Piki Market operation policy

The Operating Policies specify the operating standards for dealing with potential issues that may arise within the Piki Market service, as well as the detailed provisions that users must comply with while using the service.
The company strives to establish reasonable operating policies through continuous communication with members in order to improve service-related policies. If there is a change to these operating policies, we will notify you through the notice board at least 7 days in advance.

1. Scope of Application

A "post" refers to any and all content or files, such as text, images, photos, videos, and links, that a user has posted on the Piki Market service for the purpose of sharing with others or making visible to oneself. This applies only to posts, and for matters not mentioned in the service area and operational policies, the terms of service shall apply.

2. Operational Principles

We operate the service based on our operational policies to ensure a pleasant experience for our members.
If a member suffers harm due to a violation of our operational policies by another user during service use, the member can report it to the company and request enforcement of the operational policies. The company may take enforcement measures according to the reported content after verifying it.
Additionally, even without a report, the company may take enforcement measures according to the operational policies if it discovers activities that violate related laws or regulations, or are prohibited by this operational policy. However, we will not intervene or take action in disputes between users or for damages caused by the user's own fault within the service.
If a violation of the operational policies is discovered through a report or other means and enforcement measures are taken, the company will notify the poster of the enforcement details as quickly as possible through service notifications, emails, or other methods. However, in urgent cases where another user's immediate protection is necessary or where it is impossible to communicate the enforcement details, this may not be possible. Please note that we are not obligated to notify the reporter of the review results.
If a member is dissatisfied with the application of the operational policies, they may file a complaint through the customer center, and the company will review and respond to the complaint.

3. Account Operation Policy

Piki Market grants accounts to members who have completed the membership registration process. An account is a member identification unit set up to manage the usage history of various services used by members after logging in to the Piki Market service. The member completes the login process by entering the unique ID (ID) that he or she has chosen and approved by the company at the time of membership registration on the Piki Market service login screen and the password that he or she has personally determined, and then begins to use his or her own Piki Market service in earnest.

Among the member's account information, ID is necessary to identify other members and cannot be modified. Therefore, if you wish to modify it, please cancel your membership and then re-register as a member. Additionally, an account is an identification unit that distinguishes members and cannot be made available to others.

If the information registered in your account has changed, it may be inconvenient, but please log in to the Piki Market service and edit it directly on the “My Information” management screen or notify us of the change by e-mail or other means. Unfortunately, members have no choice but to bear the disadvantages caused by not notifying Piki Market of changes.

You may be subject to sanctions for use of the service in the following cases.

  1. (1) Actions that involve stealing or taking over someone else's personal information or device, or inputting false information to create, use, or withdraw an account and ID (referred to as "account" hereafter).
  2. (2) Actions of creating, using, or withdrawing an account without the consent of a legal representative for those under 14 years old.
  3. (3) Actions of exploiting system vulnerabilities for commercial, promotional, advertising, or malicious purposes, or creating, using, or withdrawing accounts abnormally.
  4. (4) Actions of obstructing or destroying the normal operation of computer software, hardware, or telecommunication equipment, or accessing and using the service in ways that can be done.
  5. (5) Actions of selling, transferring, or leasing an account to others or attempting to allow others to use it.
  6. (6) Actions of attempting to purchase, acquire, exchange, or introduce an account of others to obtain their account.
  7. (7) Actions of deceiving others to steal their account.
  8. (8) Actions that involve creating a large number of accounts that cannot be considered as normal service usage, as well as repeatedly creating and withdrawing accounts, or similar actions.

Please manage your master key well.
The master key is given upon completion of membership registration to strengthen the security of the Piki wallet service. Based on blockchain, when you enter/change your account password, a master key is issued/reissued. In particular, if you lose your account password, you can only reset your password with the master key, so be sure to save the master key somewhere else. Additionally, since the master key is stored in the blockchain, there is no way to retrieve it if lost, so please be sure to save it personally. Also, please keep in mind that the master key will change when you change your account password.

4. Policy on protecting and respecting the safety of other users
  1. (1) Posts promoting illegal pornography or gambling sites
  2. (2) Posts selling or promoting prohibited items for sale on the internet
  3. (3) Posts providing information that motivates or assists in committing criminal acts
  4. (4) Posts sharing information related to prostitution
  5. (5) Posts containing content that can cause sexual humiliation, discomfort, or hatred towards others
  6. (6) Posts providing videos or images that exploit someone's sexuality or expressing a willingness to provide or use such content
  7. (7) Posts threatening or enticing others for the purpose of exploiting their sexuality
  8. (8) Posts that damage human dignity based on factors such as nationality, race, appearance, disabilities or diseases, social and economic status, religion, age, gender, sexual identity, or other identity factors, or that incite violence, promote discrimination or prejudice
  9. (9) Posts aiming or assisting suicide or joint suicide, or encouraging or enticing others to do so
  10. (10) Posts that deceive other users or cause harm and confusion by impersonating the name of the service or the company's employees or management
  11. (11) Posts containing abnormal content such as swearing, vulgar language, euphemisms, or violating common sense and social norms
  12. (12) Posts disrupting the normal operation of the service through malicious means not allowed by the company.
5. Protection of other users' rights

Posts that contain content that nullifies protective measures taken by copyright owners or are clearly suspected of not falling within the scope of exceptions for fair use under copyright law and contradicting the intention of the copyright owner will be restricted from being posted.

  1. (1) Posts that promote or provide links to illegally downloaded images, videos, music, comics, novels, games, software, etc. that are sold for a fee
  2. (2) Posts that share or provide serial numbers of genuine software CDs
  3. (3) Posts that share bugs or hack programs that nullify the copyright owner's technical protection measures
  4. (4) Posts that promote game free servers or share their website addresses

If a user claims infringement of their personality rights such as honor, portrait rights, privacy, or copyright, and requests deletion of the information or suspension of replication or transmission, the post will be suspended according to the request. Alternatively, if the original poster of the post proves that their post does not constitute an infringement of rights or that their replication or transmission is legitimate, and applies for an objection, the suspension of the post will be lifted or the replication or transmission will resume after a certain period of time has passed.

6. Special protection for children and adolescents

The company prioritizes the protection of children and adolescents from harmful internet environments. It prohibits any acts that objectify the bodies and sexuality of children, and does not allow any acts that dehumanize children. Anyone can report any violations they discover. For posts that violate the following violations related to this, regardless of the degree of accumulation, the poster will be subject to the strongest sanctions for their account and service use, and active measures will be taken, including legal responses in cooperation with law enforcement agencies if necessary.

  1. (1) Posts that capture the bodies of children and adolescents or sexualize them.
  2. (2) Posts that combine everyday photos of children and adolescents with sexual photos.
  3. (3) Posts that appear to be sexually harassing children and adolescents.
  4. (4) Posts that produce or provide child pornography.
  5. (5) Posts that help children and adolescents create child pornography.
  6. (6) Posts that provide pornography or child pornography to children and adolescents.
  7. (7) Posts that engage in the sale of children and adolescents' sexuality or appear similar to it
  8. (8) Posts that are prohibited by relevant laws such as the current Sexual Violence Punishment Act and Information and Communications Network Act./li>
  9. (9) Posts that excessively dehumanize children and adolescents.
  10. (10) Posts that depict the bodies and sexuality of children and adolescents using technical tools and internet environments provided by the Piki service.
7. Ensuring reliability and safety of the service

The following posts, which have been posted using the service's functions abnormally or contain content that does not match the purpose of each individual service, will be restricted from being posted as they cause inconvenience to other users' normal use of the service and further disrupt Piki's smooth service provision:

  1. (1) Posts published using automated means (e.g., macro programs, robots (bots), spiders, scrapers, etc.) without prior permission from Piki
  2. (2) Posts that do not match the purpose of each individual Piki service or have no relation to the service provided
  3. (3) Posts of identical or similar content promoting, advertising, or selling goods or services that cause serious inconvenience to other users by repeatedly posting them.
8. Use restriction according to reasonable procedures

If a post clearly violates relevant laws or is clearly prohibited by the Piki Terms of Service or this post operating policy for the protection of other users or rights holders, Piki may privatize or delete the post or refuse to post it.
If the user does not comply with relevant laws, the Terms of Service, or this post operating policy, Piki may restrict the user's use of the service by cautioning them based on the content of their actions or temporarily or permanently suspending all or part of the service. However, in cases where it is difficult to expect the full maintenance of the service usage contract despite such use restrictions, Piki may terminate the usage contract with the member.
